Catalogue Terms of Sale

Cash with order. MasterCard, Visa, or Discover (Novus) accepted for orders of $25 or more in merchandise (send card no., expiration date, and signature - full cost of postage and insurance will be added). Proof of delivery to the US postal service constitutes delivery to the customer. Postage charges below include $1.15 for certificate (proof) of mailing. USA postage charges include delivery confirmation (tracking).

USA Customers: For cash orders book rate postage is charged at $3.95. If you prefer Priority Mail send $4.95. Add $1.75 either way for insurance if wanted. Merchandise paid for by personal check from new customers may be held for up to 10 days until the check clears. There is an additional $20.00 charge for any "bounced" checks. California residents please add 8.75% sales tax.

Canadian Customers: For cash orders first class airmail postage is charged at $6.95 which includes certificate (proof) of mailing but no insurance. Payment in US dollars only. Personal checks from new customers may be held up to 21 days until the check clears. There is an additional $20.00 charge for any "bounced" checks. Insurance is not available unless shipped via either registered mail or parcel post, both of which are considerably more expensive than the rate quoted above.

Foreign Customers: Payment in US dollars only via credit card, cash, or international postal money order. Credit card orders must be fully insured which means that registration at $11.50 will need to be added to the postage charge indicated in the next sentence. Cheapest available postage is via international priority mail at $13.95 which includes certificate (proof) of mailing but no insurance. Up to three of these catalogues can be shipped for the $13.95 price.  Insurance is not available unless shipped via registered international priority mail with a maximum limit of $44. The US postal service no longer ships via seamail.
