U.S.A. Customers: For orders under $50.00 add $1.75 for insurance and handling. For all cash orders over $50.00 (stamps only) we will ship postpaid with full insurance. California residents add 8.75% sales tax.

Canadian Customers: All orders under $100 add $1.75. All orders shipped via first class mail with a certificate of mailing. A maximum of $44 insurance is available for an additional $11.50. Full insurance is mandatory for all credit card orders - if $44 or under via registered mail or over $44 then via Global Express Mail (EMS). For cash orders over $100 (stamps only) we will ship postpaid via registered mail. Canadian customers should pay for their orders in U.S. (rather than Canadian) dollars. The only way to avoid VAT is to pay for the order with cash or a postal money order and have it shipped via uninsured airmail.

Any additional remittance not used for postage will be refunded. All orders shipped airmail. Payment in US dollars only. Credit cards not accepted from residents of Indonesia or Malaysia. EMS charges vary from country to country but generally most orders for stamps only can be sent for the minimum ($18-$30 depending on country). $100 worth of insurance is included in the cost of EMS. Additional insurance is $1.40 per each additional multiple of $500. There is a maximum limit of insurance to most countries. Refund/Replacement Policy

Defective items: Defective stamps will be replaced if additional quantities are available; otherwise a refund will be given. Refund only given on postal stationary with defects.

Condition: Unless noted otherwise on the price list, our stamps are advertised and sold as fine to very fine. Stamps should be free from defects and the design centering should be clear of the perforations. Most stamps can be supplied with very fine to superb centering for net 150% normal retail prices. Normal minor faults should be expected on all 1996 and later souvenir sheets and also on all postal stationary. Some pieces of postal stationary can be provided without defects for net 150% normal retail prices.

Never-Hinged: As noted on our price lists, we only sell never hinged stamps on mint stamps that were issued with gum. There is no good reason to demand such condition on issues without gum or on used stamps. Never-the-less, ungummed and used stamps can usually be supplied never hinged at net 100% normal retail if requested with the original order.
