Mailing Lists

Our mailing list is maintained quite differently than that of the typical mail order stamp dealer who mails to everybody who ever placed an order with them. The reality of collecting stamps is that few of us actively collect month after month during the year for years on end. For this reason we do not keep mailing our lists to those who do not regularly respond. Now that this web-site is in place, those who decide to actively start collecting again after a period of inactivity can quickly get back up speed if they have internet access. Hopefully this helps to explain why we maintain separate active and inactive mailing lists.

Active Mailing List

The active mailing list is designed to serve those collectors who are currently adding material to their collections. Those who order stamps at least once every three months are considered active collectors. Those on the active list receive all mailings free. Currently we are mailing bi-monthly. Those on the active list also occasionally receive special offers which are not available to the rest of the mailing list.

Inactive Mailing List

This list contains all those who have placed previous orders with us, but we have not heard from them for more than a few months. If a customer on this list begins ordering again (other than just a yearly album supplement) they will be moved back to the active mailing list.
