Album Terms of Sale

Cash with order. MasterCard, Visa, or Discover (Novus) accepted on orders of $25 or more (actual full cost of postage and insurance will be added for all credit card orders if more than shipping rates noted below). Merchandise paid for by personal check may be held for up to 10 days until the check clears. There is an additional $20.00 charge for any "bounced" checks and an additional $5.00 charge for cashing any checks drawn on a foreign bank. Proof of delivery to the USPS constitutes delivery. Satisfaction guaranteed or return within 5 days of receipt in condition shipped for full refund (less shipping charges).

U.S.A. Customers: For albums (with or without binders) add $9.00 for postage, additional insurance, and packaging. For binders only add $10.50 for one or two for postage and packaging. For single year supplements and blank pages only add $5.00 per order for USPS priority mail. For multi-year supplements (up to 6 years) add $5.50 per order for postage and packaging. Albums with binders shipped via book rate; pages only or binders only shipped via priority mail. California residents add 7.75% sales tax.

Canadian Customers: For albums add $18.00 for postage, insurance, and packaging. For single year supplements or blank pages add $5.00 each for postage and packaging. For multi-year supplements (up to 11 years) add $6.00 each per order postage and packaging (in addition to postage charges for album or binders, if also ordered at the same time). For binders only add $14.50 (or $16.00 for two) for postage, insurance, and packaging. All shipments via international priority mail.

Foreign Customers: If payment is going to be made with credit card then shipment must be fully insured and the only way for this to happen is to ship via EMS (Express Mail) which will make the shipping charge more than the cost of the album - typically around $75 for the basic album with two binders which weighs about 4 kg. Since there are now twelve different rate groups for various countries please inquire about the shipping cost for what you are considering buying before placing an order. Make sure to let us know which country on which to calculate the shipping charges.
