List of Custom Album Pages on File

These pages are available on regular ivory album stock. We can design an album page with any combination of rectangular boxes and headings you want. For no additional charge, any items may be removed from any of the already made pages. If items are added then it becomes a custom page at the normal charge. From experience we have found that customers who desire these custom pages fall into two general categories: those who are willing to provide all of the data requested for each page, and those who simply want to tell us which stamps they want on each page and let us figure out the box sizes and appropriate headings/dates. Need-less-to-say, the latter process takes considerably longer. The actual design process for a typical page (given the data by the customer) usually takes us 15-30 minutes of keyboard input. When we have to do all the research and calculations the process takes 1 to 1½ hours per page.

The cost for creating one custom album page with all the necessary customer provided data is $3.00 per page, and the cost for a copy of a custom page which we have already created is $1.00.  The cost for custom pages on which we have to gather all of the data and do all the calculations is $6.00 per page for Scott listed stamps and $15 per page for stamps not listed in Scott (most of which we do not have in stock).  Illustrations can be added ( if we have the stamp) for an extra charge of $2.00 each stamp, but a lack of illustrations should not be a big problem since those who are willing to pay for custom album pages probably already have the stamps. There is an additional minimum $1.75 postage/handling charge (maximum at cost) per order for custom album pages which are ordered separately from an album, binder, supplement, or blank page order. All custom album pages are sold "as is" and are not returnable for credit. Obviously, if any page is received damaged or defective we will replace it, but these pages are only printed when ordered and not inventoried.

We need to know the actual size of each mount for which boxes are to be made. These measurements need to be in millimeters, width first and then the height.

Please do not ask us to print catalogue numbers on the pages. Because of copyright restrictions we cannot do this.
